Returns & Exchanges

At BRU EYEWEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. All returned products must be in their original packaging, including the protective case and microfiber cloth.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the eyewear in its original hard case and box, ensuring all accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
